Mark is a senior advisor with over 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of technology, finance, and corporate growth, particularly across enterprise software and FMCG environments.
He has held senior roles within major technology and consumer-facing organisations, including significant tenure at IRIS Software, where he was closely involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and strategic growth initiatives. His experience spans participation in high-profile deal teams and supporting technology-led scale, integration, and value creation.
Mark currently manages a private multi-family office and serves as an advisor and non-executive chairman to a range of UK and international businesses. His perspective combines operational pragmatism with board-level oversight, supporting leadership teams navigating growth, transformation, and complex change.
Within Philador Technology, Mark brings a dual-discipline lens across enterprise technology, M&A, and governance, helping ensure technology strategy, capital allocation, and execution remain aligned with long-term commercial outcomes.
Marc is a senior finance and technology advisor with over 18 years of international experience across capital markets, asset management, and enterprise technology.
He has structured and raised over $2 billion across venture capital, private equity, and special-situations investments, and previously founded and exited a multi-asset investment platform acquired by a Bahraini family office. Marc currently advises boards across multi-family office, VC, PE, and technology-enabled platforms, with a strong operational footprint across the GCC and international institutional markets.
Marc brings deep exposure to the global enterprise technology ecosystem, having worked closely with leading vendors, distributors, managed service providers, and system integrators on platform delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, and digital transformation. Within Philador Technology, he supports strategic positioning, execution discipline, and long-term commercial alignment across complex technology engagements.
